Objective: Organize and assign tasks to move forward with forming a library district, set priorities and deadlines, and designate leads for each assignment.

II. Creation of Key Tasks for Library District Formation (30 minutes)¶

Review/Edit/Remove tentative tasks for the ballot measure
Discuss any additional tasks needed

Draft Economic Feasibility Study (including budget spreadsheets)
Draft sample ballot mesaure for ballot access petition (using feasibility study)
Coordinate obtaining signatures for ballot access petition
Coordinate ballot measure canvassing (could be done as part of feasibility study, public forums, QA sessions)
Coordinate media outreach and messaging
Formally create the PAC with the state when required
Administer the PAC (finances and reporting)
Final ballot measure review
Liaising with County officials
Social media management
Grant writing and fundraising

Review Wallowa County Econonic Feasibility Document
Review Template and AI generated Draft Feasilibity Document.
Identify sub-tasks: data gathering, writing, budget spreadsheet creation, legal review, etc.
Assign leads and set deadlines
